1. Shipping & Dispatch

We process and dispatch all orders directly from our Kanpur facility. Generally, our standard dispatch time takes 3–8 working days. This timeframe begins immediately after we confirm your order and receive the required payment or documentation.

However, your dispatch time may vary depending on:

• Logo embroidery or printing requirements
• Bulk or institutional orders
• Size and color requirements
• Production requirements
• Confirmation of payment and delivery details

Additionally, if you place customized or large volume orders, we will communicate the estimated dispatch date to you separately.

2. Delivery Across India

We provide shipping services from Kanpur to locations nationwide, subject to courier and logistics service availability. After we dispatch your order, the delivery time varies based on the destination, transportation conditions, and the local courier network.

Please note that dispatch time and delivery time are entirely different. We commit to dispatching your order within 3–8 working days. Subsequently, the actual delivery time will depend on the shipping destination and the designated logistics provider.
