Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is strictly required to process any return.
- Exceptions: Please note that custom-stitched items, uniforms with personalized hospital logo embroidery, and clearance sale items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Our Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item at our Kanpur manufacturing facility, our quality check team will inspect it carefully. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (such as your credit card or bank account). You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s specific policies.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. However, if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, CHITRANS will cover the return shipping costs.
